Dee's administrative background in government, construction, insurance and manufacturing serves her well. She entered real estate in 1970, operated her firm for three years, joined Whitehead as branch manager in 1975, became general manager in 1983 and sole owner in 1988. She served as Rockford Board of Realtors President in 1988, was its Realtor of the Year, recieved numerous awards and held State Realtor positions. Dee served on the Better Homes and Gardens advisory council and won several Best of Show product and service awards.
