Recognizing and rewarding a job well done is important and is not something done only at an annual awards event. At Whitehead, we have numerous opportunities to earn designations and win awards for achieving various levels of success.
Monthly Excellence Awards: Recognizes top listing agents, buyer agents, selling agents and new homes sales at the monthly all-company sales meeting, in our newspaper, homes magazine, and other ways.
Annual Awards: Company-wide dinner-dance to reward and recognize outstanding achievements in many categories for both our Commercial and Residential Sales Associates. Photo display ads in both the newspaper and Focus on Homes magazine.
Altus Elite Council:In Greek mythology, Altus is the highest flying bird. This status is conferred on each sales associate who attains annual closed sales of $2 Million or more. Five consecutive years of spiraling production requirements reward the sales associate with Altus Elite status.
Altus Elite Advisory Council: Elected each year by their peers, the five honored Sales Associates meet with the company president throughout the year. They have free-flowing discussions of business trends and market patterns used for company and individual strategic planning. They produce at least one special education event for the entire company.
Contests: Numerous periodic contests throughout the year provide sales associates with opportunities to win cash, prizes and trips as well as additional recognition.
Education and Designations: Encouragement and financial assistance are offered for our people to attain real estate designations. Residential Sales Associates hold the (GRI) Graduate of Real Estate Institute, (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative and (LTG) Leadership Training Graduate certification. Commercial Sales Associates are members of (CCIM) Certified Commercial Industrial Management and (SIOR) Society of Industrial and Office Real Estate.
