Our Service Guarantee

In consideration of an exclusive right to represent you and as part of our efforts on your behalf, we agree to:

1. Perform the service of Buyer Agent according to Illinois Real Estate License Law.
2. Promote your best interests, as opposed to mine or any other person's self-interest.
3. Perform services approved by you including:
4. Researching, identifying, and arranging inspections of properties that meet your specifications.
5. Disclosing to you non-confidential material facts known or available to me about the properties you are considering.
6. Providing pricing research and advice about properties you are considering.
7. Assisting you with mortgage loan information and prequalification procedures to position you for favorable negotiations and timely closing.
8. Seeking a transaction at the price and terms that meet your specifications.
9. Presenting of all offers to and from you in a timely manner, unless you waive this duty.
10. Providing an additional designated buyer agent within a reasonable time should a substitution become necessary.
11. Obeying your specific directions which are not otherwise contrary to applicable statutes, ordinances, or rules.
12. Provide reasonable safeguards for confidential information you disclose to me.
13. Comply with all requirements of Article 15, "Agency Relations" added to the Illinois Real Estate License Act of 2000, and with all applicable statues and regulations, including but not limited to fair housing and civil rights statutes.

Should we fail to satisfy your expectations regarding any of the above listed actions, you may, under certain circumstances, revoke our exclusive right to represent you.
